All participants giving scientific presentations must be pre-registered and make payment by the above Deadline.
Please note that applications for registration after the deadline will only be accepted on-site by Japanese Yen cash. |

| FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR PRE-REGISTRATION: |
|
All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB).
No other type of payment will be accepted.
You are required to fill in the type of card, card number, expiration month and year, name of the card holder (as printed on the card) on the online registration form.
- We recommend using credit cards with 3D-Secure system (See online registration form for details). |

| CONFIRMATION and RECEIPT OF PRE-REGISTRATION |
|
| After confirming the payment, the Confirmation and Receipt will be sent to the registrants in the middle of July via e-mal. This e-mail letter must be printed and presented at the Registration Desk on-site. |
|
|
| ON-SITE REGISTRATION |
|
| On-site Registration Desk will be in operation at the venue. We strongly recommend, however, that participants take advantage of the pre-registration process. |
|
|
| CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY |
|
In case of cancellation, the Registration Secretariat must be notified via e-mail by Thu., June 3, 2010.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows: |

Cancellations notified by Thu., June 3, 2010: 50% of the total fees will be refunded. |

Cancellations notified on or after Fri., June 4, 2010: No refund. |

| - Please note that the handling cost for cancellation refunds (charged by credit card companies) should be covered by those who made the cancellations. |
